Below is a list of frequently asked questions from our customers. Before contacting us with a specific question, please browse this FAQ to see if your questions have already been answered. If you have a question, which is not covered below, feel free to contact us.

2. How do I order from Foust Textiles, Inc.?
You can order by phone (1-800-258-9816), Fax (1-800-358-3949) or place your order directly through our site using our secure cart.

3. What is your minimum order?
One bolt or one roll, depending on the item. Most bolts are 15 yards. However, each item will list a specific yardage put-up, which is the minimum order quantity.

4. How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be shipped the day upon receiving the order, the arrival time will depend on your location from Kings Mountain, North Carolina. If your order is placed on back order the time will vary because of the schedule of the mill.

5. How are your products sent to me?
UPS or Parcel Post can send them. We ship most orders via UPS ground; by special request we can ship anything overnight, second day, or whatever your needs require. Actual shipping charges may vary based on product weight. Shipping charges apply for all continental U.S. domestic shipments. On all international shipments let us know the method you prefer and Foust will e-mail you amount of the shipping charges before we ship

6. Is there any other way to buy from Foust Textiles, Inc.?
Yes, by phone call us at 1-800-258-9816 any of our salespersons will be glad to assisst you. Or stop by our warehouse and browse through our inventory; because it would be impossible to put our entire inventory on the website. Many super specials come and go before we can put them on the web! We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and the second Saturday of each month 8:00am-1:00pm. We are located at 608 Canterbury Road, Kings Mountain, NC. 28086. Also, if you wish one of our salespersons will be honored to call on you at your shop, simple let us know. We have representation throughout the United States and Canda.

7. Where can I purchase your fabrics?
We sell our fabrics to fabric and craft stores. See our retail directory page for retail outlets or wholesale distributors. We also sell our fabrics to fabric specialty and quilt shops nation wide. We do not sell direct to the consumer.

8. What types of prints do you carry?
We carry mostly 100% cotton 45" wide prints that are used for apparel, craft and home decorating projects

9. Do you carry any licensed product?
Yes. We carry several licensed products, such as National Football League and Major League Baseball fabrics. These fabrics are for individual use only and are not allowed for resale products of any kind.

10. What are some of your best selling fabric lines?
Our number one seller is QUILTING fabrics. In fact, we also sell items used in quilting projects. Another great seller is GLITTER fabric.In fact; anything we are selling with GLITTER is a blockbuster.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master card and Visa, American Express or we can also ship COD via UPS. You may also apply for net 30-day terms.

12. Why can't I see your prices?
We have installed a program on our site whereby registered customers of Foust Textiles, Inc. will be able to view prices on all items when they log in to the site. Unregistered users and individual consumers will be able to view the entire same product without the prices.

13. Do you have any other fabrics or accessories than what is shown?
Absolutely! We have in stock access to over 10,000 items everyday. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site, e-mail us with your request.

14. I am an individual consumer; can I buy fabric from Foust Textiles, Inc.?
Sorry, we do not sell to individual consumers. Although, we encourage you to visit your local, independent quilt shop where they can give you the best advice on fabrics and quilting. Please browse through our online warehouse; make a list of items of interest to you. Next look in our retail directory for a store near you. Hopefully they will be able to asssist you.

15. If I experience a quality problem with a product. Who should I contact?
Call (1-800-258-9816) our customer service department for personal assistance.

16. Do you have a question we have not answered?
