Foust Textiles strives to make every fabric displayed on this website as accurate as possible.  Since there are large variations of video cards, operating systems and monitors we do not guarantee the fabric colors are exactly the same as the real material.  Please be advised that there is a possibility of shade differences due to different dye lots.  Therefore, Foust Textiles cannot be held responsible for shade variances.  Foust Textiles reserves the right to update prices and add or remove products without prior notice in an effort to keep our website as accurate as possible.

Legal Notice: Licensed fabrics are for personal use only by the home sewer, they are not for resale as a finished product. Manufacturing of finished products for resale is not allowed.
