Our website showcases popular fabric lines that are currently available in our warehouse and new collections that are subject to a possible delay, based on manufacturing and shipping constraints. Please call or email customer service for up-to-date stock status reports.
Foust’s Website: Only wholesale account holders can view Foust’s wholesale prices and place orders online. Please do not share the login information we have provided.
Ordering: Orders placed through Foust’s website are a template for the invoice that will be created in our warehouse. No charge is made to any payment method until goods are pulled from the shelf and ready to ship. Without specific instructions, orders from which 3 or more bolts are in stock will be shipped. Customers will be notified of backordered items as soon as possible. If an order needs to be held until it can be shipped complete, please specify in the Notes section, or contact Customer Service (1-800-258-9816 or customerservice@fousttextiles.com) to provide updated shipping/payment instructions.
Payments: Foust does not process payments online. All payments are processed locally and securely in our warehouse payment terminal. If you do not have an up to date credit card or other payment method on file with your Foust Account, you will be contacted by Customer Service to access or update that information. Please notify Foust of any changes in billing and shipping information prior to ordering.
If you are interested in applying for Billing Terms (Net 10, 15, 30 or 60 day) please print and fill out the full credit application (found in the New Account section). Can submit via Fax (1-800-358-3949) or email to customerservice@fousttextiles.com.
Shipments: Freight charges will be calculated in the warehouse at the time goods are being packaged to ship. The shipping amount you see when placing an order is a rough estimate (shipping prices changes due to item weight, dimensions, and packaging requirements). Foust mainly ships through UPS, and their standard rates apply. The actual freight amount will be applied to the Foust invoice and sent to the customer via email (unless otherwise specified) and will include any tracking numbers for the shipment.
Stock Status: Contact customer service for exact stock status. Some goods may be available, but are subject to delay or backorder. We aim to label each item that is subject to delayed delivery, but for an exact timeline of an item's availability, please contact us and we will provide an up to date stock report on any item.
Inventory Access: Items or patterns you cannot find on Foust’s website, but are still available through one of our many vendors, can still be ordered through Foust. Just call the office (1-800-258-9816) or send an email to CustomerService@fousttextiles.com and we can take the order manually.
Return Policy: If an incorrect item is shipped, or goods are verifiably flawed or damaged upon receipt, notify Foust within 30 days and we will issue a call-tag to return the goods, and process a full refund/credit for the item’s value. Any item that is cut from or processed after delivery in any way is not be eligible for a refund. If an item was correctly ordered and shipped, but is not desired for a particular reason, Foust cannot issue a call-tag for its return, and the item may only qualify for a partial refund. Please contact Customer Service for approval before returning any item to Foust. In some cases, Foust charges a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
